The agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and cplus soft ltd ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of Estrela Chat ("the App"). The App is developed by Hina Naeem.

What Estrela Chat is

Estrela Chat is a personal evening companion—a space for calming conversations, affirmations, bedtime stories, and journaling under a starry theme. It is powered in part by artificial intelligence and is meant for relaxation and inspiration, not for professional advice of any kind.

The App does not connect you with other users. There is no social network, no messaging between people, and no sharing of personal data between users. Your chats are yours alone.

AI-generated content

Responses in Estrela Chat are created by OpenAI, a third-party AI service. When you send a message, only the text you typed is forwarded to generate a reply—nothing else from your device, no personal identifiers, no background data.

AI responses can be thoughtful, surprising, or occasionally imperfect. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on the App for emergencies or critical decisions. If you are in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use Estrela Chat in a lawful and respectful manner. Specifically:

• Do not use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the App or its third-party services.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated text as human-written professional advice.
• Understand that content you create within the App is for personal use.

Third-party services

Estrela Chat integrates with external services to function properly. Each operates under its own terms and policies:

• OpenAI — processes your message text to generate chat responses. Third-party AI service.
• OneSignal — handles push notification delivery via an anonymous device identifier. Third-party notification service.
• Singular — provides anonymous install and attribution analytics. Third-party analytics service.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers beyond selecting them for their intended purpose. We encourage you to review their respective policies if you wish to learn more.

Intellectual property

The App's design, branding, star-themed visuals, and underlying code belong to cplus soft ltd. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal enjoyment within the App. You may save or share individual messages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute the App itself or its core assets.

Subscriptions and purchases

If the App offers premium features or subscriptions, those transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not store your payment information.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Estrela Chat running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also revise these Terms—when we do, the date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer of warranties

Estrela Chat is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties—express or implied—about the App's fitness for a particular purpose, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or its uninterrupted operation. You use the App at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cplus soft ltd and Hina Naeem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data—if any—is involved. Spoiler: we do not collect personal information. The developer does not build profiles. Users do not share data with each other.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, though given the personal and private nature of the App, we expect this to be exceedingly rare.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
